Demon King: His Relationship with Piccolo  Out of ALL the people that Gohan interacts with, I adore his relationship with Piccolo the most.While Piccolo showed Gohan how to fight, Gohan showed Piccolo friendship. It was Gohan that changed Piccolo from being a villain out to take over the world into one of the Earth's defenders. Gohan was really the only character that Piccolo truethfully warmed up to in the series. Although he stopped hating Gokuh, I don't think that he really ever looked at Gokuh as being a real friend. Gohan admires Piccolo so much. He wore Piccolo-styled clothing, he sang a song about his admiration for Piccolo and he always lights up when he can spend time with Piccolo (like when Gokuh asked Piccolo to train with them to prepare for the androids). It's just too cute! ^_^ I feel like Piccolo and Gohan's relationship more or less deteriorated as time passed. ;( |
