Otousan: His Relationship with Goku

My opinion on Goku and Gohan's relationship is a bit mixed. Sometimes I really feel like they're close to eachother, but at times I also feel like they're far apart.

Although I think that they do have a special bond, it seems like Goku missed out on a lot of Gohan's life. The only three times that he was really around were before Raditzu came, while they trained for the androids and Seru, and for the ten years after the Buu saga. I don't blaim Goku for it, but he just never seemed that close to Gohan (or Goten). Not that he didn't love him, I just don't think they were that close.
