Timeline
Here you won't find a complete chronological table of events in Dragonball Z, but only events affecting the lives of the Frieza Force. This is the official timeline from the Dragonball Guidebooks.
Pre-Age 238 A Super Saiyan appears, as told in legends among the Saiyans. He makes the universe tremble through his destruction and massacre.
261 A natural disaster occurs on Planet Namekku; Katattsu's child escapes. He makes an emergency landing on Earth.
430 Kamesennin is born.
431 Katattsu's child becomes an apprentice to Earth's Kami.
461 Garlic of the Mazoku rises against Kami, but fails.
Katattsu's child becomes Earth's Kami.
550 Primeval Saiyans drift to Planet Plant on a mysterious spaceship.
720-730 On Planet Plant, the Saiyans unite, and a rebellion is carried out. An all-out war with the Tsfruians breaks out. The Saiyans overwhelm the Tsfruians. The Tsfruian scientist Dr. Lychie dies. The Hatred Amplification Device Hatchihyakku, a Saiyan annihilation weapon, is sent out into space. The Tsfruians fall. The Saiyans completely conquer Planet Plant; the name is changed to Planet Vegeta. At this time, Tsfruian scientific powers, like Scouters, are absorbed.
The Saiyans begin venturing into space. The Saiyans get the idea to offer their battle potential to other aliens.
731 The Saiyans develop a friendship with Freeza; they begin selling land. King Vegeta takes a queen.
732 Vegeta is born.
735 The Saiyans begin to have strong feelings of animosity toward Freeza. On Planet Vegeta, many civil wars occur.
737 Cacarrot (Son Goku) is born. Planet Vegeta takes control of Planet Kanassa and Planet Meat. King Vegeta starts a revolt against Freeza, but it ends in failure. Freeza wages a war against the Saiyans. Gokuu's father, Burdack, dies in battle. Planet Vegeta is destroyed by Freeza.Cacarrot escapes Planet Vegeta. He arrives on Earth.
737, Jun-Aug Cacarrot is found by the old man Son Gohan, and given the name "Son Goku."
738 Baby Gokuu takes a strong blow to the head. The brutal personality characteristic of Saiyans changes to a cheerfulness in contrast.
761, Oct 12 Raditz invades Earth. Vegeta and Nappa depart for Earth. Along the way, they destroy Planet Aaria, and afterward enter a cold sleep.
762, Nov 3 Vegeta and Nappa arrive on Earth.
Gokuu, Gohan, Kuririn, Piccolo, et al. go to war with Vegeta and Nappa. Piccolo, Tenshinhan, Jiaozi, and Yamcha die.
762, Nov 9 The modifications to Kami-sama's spaceship are completed.
762, Nov 14 The Namekkian translation work is completed. Gohan, Kuririn, and Blooma depart for Planet Namekku.
762, Nov 21 Vegeta returns to Planet Freeza #79.
762, Dec 13 Vegeta's injuries are healed. He immediately leaves for Planet Namekku.
762, Dec 18 Vegeta, Kewi, and Blooma's group arrive on Planet Namekku nearly simultaneously. Gokuu departs for Planet Namekku. With Dende's guidance, Kuririn departs toward the Grand Elder's house. Piccolo, Tenshinhan, Jiaozi, and Yamcha reach Planet Kaiou and begin training. Gokuu's ship is caught in Planet aHZ's gravity and falls into danger. Gokuu launches a Kamehameha from outside of the ship. With the recoil from it, he escapes the crisis.
762, Dec 19 The Ginyuu Special Squad, whose capture of Planet Yardrat was interrupted by Freeza's orders, leave Planet Freeza #79.
762, Dec 20 Vegeta, who had been defeated by Zaabon, fully recovers. Kuririn takes Gohan and departs for the Grand Elder's house again. Zaabon is defeated in a rematch with Vegeta, and dies.
762, Dec 23 Gokuu completes his training within the spaceship.
762, Dec 24 Gokuu arrives on Planet Namekku. The Ginyuu Special Squad are annihilated. Piccolo is returned to life. Kuririn dies. Gokuu becomes a Super Saiyan and defeats Freeza. Planet Namekku is destroyed.
763, May 3 Kuririn and Yamcha are revived.
763, Sep 10 Tenshinhan and Jiaozi are revived. The Namekkians who had taken refuge on Earth migrate to New Planet Namekku.
763 Freeza's remodeling surgery is completed.
764, One Day in Aug Gokuu returns to Earth. Trunks defeats Freeza and his father, who had arrived on Earth.
764-767 Coola invades Earth and fights Gokuu.
